PM Anwar Urges Prospective Teachers to Continue Improving Themselves, Don’t Be Satisfied with Achievements
Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, appealed to prospective educators not to be quickly satisfied with their achievements, but instead to continue to improve themselves in order to produce a generation that is knowledgeable and competitive.
He said in a message on Facebook today, the foundation of leadership starts from an attitude of always wanting to improve oneself and perfect every mandate and responsibility carried out.
According to him, the spirit of itqan fil ‘amal needs to be instilled in every educator, namely completing every job as well as possible while continuing to improve knowledge, morals, worship, teaching approaches and quality of work.
“An educator is not just imparting knowledge, but is a role model who is always ready to learn, accept change and improve one’s quality,” he said.
Anwar said, the world is now developing rapidly with advances in digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and the energy transition, therefore teachers and future leaders must have the courage to innovate and master new skills.
According to him, the pedagogical approach also needs to be adapted to current demands so that the country’s education system remains relevant and able to produce quality human resources.
He expressed this when conveying his views in the Anwar Meeting dialogue session with Teacher Education Institute (IPG) students at the Value Engineering Education Campus today.
Meanwhile, Anwar expressed his belief that the younger generation has great potential to lead change in the future.
However, he said, this potential can only be realized through mastery of knowledge and skills, close collaboration with industry and an unfading enthusiasm to continue pursuing excellence.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
