OFFLINE Movement 16 By VitaHealth & Tropicana Presents More Than 1,900 Participants, Strong Mental Well-Being Through ESG
Since its introduction in 2024, OFFLINE 16 has grown from a digital detox challenge to one of the leading ESG-based mental health movements in the region. This initiative, jointly spearheaded by VitaHealth Malaysia (“VitaHealth”) and Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or the “Group”), encourages people to reduce the use of digital devices and return to building more meaningful relationships with themselves, the people around them, and the community through various offline experiences.
To date, OFFLINE 16 has succeeded in involving more than 1,905 participants from Malaysia and Singapore, recording a cumulative total of offline activities for 54 hours and receiving recognition from the Malaysia Book of Records. This achievement reflects the increasing demand for community-based mental wellbeing initiatives.
Entering its third year of implementation, the main event of OFFLINE 16: Dance & Busking Festival took place from 09.00 to 17.00 on July 12 2026 at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort (TGCR), with more than 260 participants participating who enlivened the event through various music, dance and community service activities.
The festival is co-hosted by Australian-owned supplement brand, VitaHealth, and community builder, Tropicana, with the support of major retail partner, Watsons. This program celebrates music and dance as universal media for self-expression, encouraging participants to step away from digital screens, enjoy every moment and build more meaningful human connections.
As issues of reliance on digital technology, cyberbullying, online fraud, and mental health issues continue to rise, OFFLINE 16 proves how the corporate sector can complement national efforts by providing an easily accessible, community-based platform to promote preventive mental health care practices, while strengthening social connections.
Chief Executive Officer of Vita Life Sciences (Malaysia & Singapore) and Founder of OFFLINE 16, Dr. KS Beh says:
“At VitaHealth, we are guided by our brand promise of ‘Healthy Living, Happy Atmosphere’. With nearly 80 years of experience as a trusted nutrition brand, we are committed to not only providing quality supplements, but also spearheading meaningful initiatives that inspire healthier and happier lifestyles. What started as a simple challenge to encourage people to stop using their phones and get back to enjoying life has now evolved into a more comprehensive mental health movement, in line with our ESG commitments.
Today, OFFLINE 16 is not just about offline. It also encourages self-care, forming healthy habits, staying active and making health a part of the daily routine. Our goal is to build a community of ‘Offliners’ who can take time out of their busy lives, connect face-to-face, and enjoy the experience of being fully present in every moment. We hope each participant leaves with a new perspective, healthier lifestyle practices, and lasting positive changes after the program.”
Tropicana Foundation Program Director and Senior General Manager, Corporate Communications and ESG Tropicana Group, Serena Lim said:
“This is the third year of our collaboration with VitaHealth and the journey has been truly meaningful. From setting a record in the Malaysia Book of Records to successfully inspiring nearly 2,000 participants across the country, the impact goes far beyond the number of participants. What is more important is the change in mindset towards a healthier lifestyle, less reliance on digital devices, and strengthening human connections.
Recognizing the strong fit between OFFLINE 16 and Tropicana’s ESG commitment as a community builder, we are proud to continue supporting this movement. Our goal is not just to build homes, but to build healthier, more connected and resilient communities so that individuals and families can enjoy a better quality of life.
Based on our three ESG pillars, namely People, Planet and Partnership, OFFLINE 16 reflects Tropicana’s commitment to creating meaningful development, strengthening communities and building strategic collaborations that are able to provide positive social impacts in a sustainable manner.”
During the eight-hour festival, participants enjoyed a variety of offline activities specifically designed to help them take a break from digital devices, refresh their minds, and strengthen relationships through physical movement, music, and face-to-face interaction. Activities provided include dance workshops and performances, Zumba, Piloxing, live busking performance, recycling workshop, wellness zone, mental wellness hub and various interactive games that invite participants to enjoy every moment they spend.
Apart from that, participants also get exclusive souvenirs worth more than RM300, healthy food, finisher badge, digital participation certificate (e-certificate), GPA insurance protection, and the chance to win lottery prizes worth more than RM15,000. All this makes the festival a celebration that combines well-being, community spirit and more authentic human connections.
This year’s event also received support from major retailers, Watsons, along with other strategic partners including the Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA), Team Namja, Malaysian Buskers, Precious Plastic Malaysia, Sekret Studio, Ceradan, Dermally, Watsons Collection, Herbs of Gold, HealthLand Family Wellness Centre, T Privilege, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Tropicana Foundation, D Swim Academy, Dododots and various other organizations.
Building on the momentum built over the past three years, VitaHealth and Tropicana will continue to expand the OFFLINE 16 movement through new wellness experiences and strategic collaborations to encourage more Malaysians to adopt healthy lifestyles, strengthen human connections and prioritize mental wellbeing.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
