Launch of the Women in Sports Action Plan (PTWDS) 2026-2030
YB Dr Mohammed Taufiq Johari, Minister of Youth and Sports today officially launched the Women in Sports Action Plan (PTWDS) 2026-2030 at the Bukit Jalil National Sports Council in conjunction with the 2026 National Seminar on Women in Sports.
This comprehensive plan was specifically designed as a national strategic reference to empower women’s involvement, development and leadership in the country’s sports landscape to make it more inclusive, fair, balanced and progressive.
PTWDS 2026-2030 is a continuation of the ongoing commitment of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) in ensuring that women’s involvement and participation in sports is empowered.
To drive this transformation, the plan outlines five main strategic objectives covering a total of 30 executive implementation programs, namely strengthening policy and governance, increasing professionalism, empowering participation and engagement, strengthening data-based research and development, and expanding cross-sector promotion and advocacy.
Through the implementation of this action plan, KBS has set five clear main targets to be achieved by 2030. These targets include increasing the involvement of female coaches to 30 percent, increasing the participation of female technical officers to 35 percent, and ensuring that at least 30 percent of women occupy the highest positions in the National Sports Agency.

Apart from that, this plan also targets a Malaysian Sports Culture Index (IBSM) score for women above level 55, as well as a target for safe and integrity resolution of sports complaints of at least 30 percent.
YB Dr Mohammed Taufiq Johari emphasized that the Action Plan for Women in Sports 2026-2030 is not just a strategy document, but is a manifesto of KBS’s real commitment to engineering the country’s sports ecosystem.

He explained that Malaysia’s sports model in the future must be inclusive and safe to produce more outstanding female athletes, high-caliber coaches and sports leaders who are competent to compete at the global level.
Implementation of this plan will be monitored on a large scale by KBS through a country-wide collaborative approach to ensure sustainable impact on human capital development and national unity.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
