Cyberjaya murder case: Two people are demanded tomorrow
Sepang, July 9 (named) – Two suspects involved in the murder of a private student in Cyberjaya on June 24, will be charged at the Sepang Magistrat Court here tomorrow.
Sepang ACP District Police Chief Norhizam Bahaman in a statement today said he had completed an investigation of the murder.
He said the Deputy of the Selangor Public Prosecutor issued accusations against male and female suspects.
“The male suspect was charged with part 302 of the Criminal Code for the murder, while the female suspect was charged based on the 109/302 section of the Criminal Code for abstinence.
“Two more suspects were released,” he said.
Previously, Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan reportedly said the arrest of four people including the main suspect, a girlfriend of the victim’s roommate, the police had resolved the case within 48 hours.
The victim, who was also a physiotherapy scholar and from Sarawak was found dead in his condominium unit in Cyberjaya at 10 am on June 24.
The victim reportedly lived alone after five of his roommates were on vacation since June 21.
