The Real e.MAS Drive 2026 Returns with “Zoom to Bloom” Edition
Drive an EV specifically for women in the context of Women’s Health Month which combines the experience of driving an e.MAS car, health and lifestyle in everyday life.
JANDA BAIK, 21 May 2026 – Proton e.MAS, the No.1 EV brand in Malaysia, continues to empower electric vehicle (EV) experiences that are closer to lifestyle through “The Real e.MAS Drive” edition, an electric vehicle driven by women.
Female participants had the opportunity to experience driving the Proton e.MAS 7 and Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV, with a focus on daily use, smooth driving and easy charging. The live fast charging demonstration also showed how easily short charging can be fit into daily routines, reinforcing the practicality of electric vehicle ownership for urban lifestyles.
Responding positively to the first edition last year, now the second edition is back in conjunction with Women’s Health Month with the theme “Zoom to Bloom” which emphasizes the importance of rest and recovery. Located in Sentosa Janda Baik, this program combines the participants’ driving experience, health and creativity.
“The reorganization of The Real e.MAS Drive reflects how the Proton e.MAS journey with female drivers continues to evolve. We see increasing interest in electric vehicles among Malaysian women, driven by the need for practical, accessible and easy-to-use mobility,” said Ms Salawati Binti Mohd Yusoff, Chief Branding Officer of PRO-NET. “With ‘Zoom to Bloom,’ we wanted to create an experience that not only showcases our vehicles, but also encourages women, our ‘Real e.MAS,’ to take time off and prioritize their health.”
Accessible EV ownership for everyday lifestyle
The journey began at the Proton Center of Excellence (COE), where the female participants embarked on a scenic drive route with select stops depicting the use of electric vehicles in real-life situations, in a relaxed and lifestyle-based setting.
Upon arrival at Sentosa Janda Baik, the female participants took part in an interactive flower arranging workshop based on modern ikebana techniques. The sessions included tutorials and hands-on flower arranging activities, giving them space to show creativity and calm, in line with the focus of Women’s Health Month which emphasizes the importance of rest and mental health care.

The e.MAS 7 and e.MAS 7 PHEV models, which offer greater hybrid flexibility for confidence over longer driving distances, reflect PRO-NET’s position in making electric vehicles an affordable and practical mobility solution for everyday use, rather than just a premium product. Both models emphasize low operating and maintenance costs, energy resource management, and user-friendly technology designed for first-time electric vehicle users and family drivers.
Attendees were also shown the newly launched Proton e.MAS 5 in Jade Green, which was well received among female drivers due to its soft, lifestyle-oriented color. The exterior color, which is reminiscent of the increasingly popular “matcha” trend, also provides a fresh touch and youthful feel, as well as a more relaxed and modern style for everyday mobility.
Proton e.MAS 7 & Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV Prime highlights: practicality for daily use
Apart from performance, practicality also plays an important role in the overall driving experience. The Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV offers luggage space of up to 528L which can be expanded beyond 2,000L, while the Proton e.MAS 7 also comes with flexible storage space and a practical cabin layout. This makes it easier for participants to carry personal items, media equipment and workshop materials without difficulty.
“Driving the Proton e.MAS 7 feels easy beyond belief. The quiet cabin, smooth acceleration and relaxed driving route make the entire trip more like a lifestyle experience than a test drive session. This is a car that fits perfectly into your daily routine,” said Zakkina Wati Ahmad Tarmizi.
Another female journalist, Madhuri Rasamoney emphasized the practicality of the Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV by saying: “The Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV changed my view on owning an electric vehicle. Its flexibility between EV mode for city or business driving, and petrol mode for long-distance trips such as weekend getaways, is very convincing. With the Prime variant priced at just over RM100,000, this variant also looks like an attractive option.”
Starting from RM99,800* (after Welcome Benefit rebate of RM4,000), the Proton e.MAS 7 offers easier access to electric mobility across all variants, with a combination of value and premium features on offer. All Proton e.MAS 7 provide key features such as a 15.4 inch infotainment screen with 2.5K resolution, ADAS Level 2 safety features to increase confidence when driving, as well as 100kW DC fast charging capability which allows charging from 30% to 80% in just 20 minutes, making it even more practical for everyday use.
For drivers who are still switching to electric mobility, the Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV Prime offered at RM105,800 (after Welcome Benefit Rebate of RM4,000) is a practical choice. Equipped with EM-i Advanced Hybrid Technology which prioritizes electric-based driving for daily use in the city, while offering flexibility in using gasoline for long-distance travel with a total distance of more than 1,000 km. This dual power system also provides additional confidence to users by maintaining high levels of efficiency and comfort, as well as fuel consumption as low as 4.3L/100km.*
As the number of Proton e.MAS customers now exceeds 20,000 vehicles on the road in just one year since the launch of its first model, PRO-NET continues to strengthen its support network nationwide through expanded dealer networks, enhanced after-sales service capabilities as well as greater access to charging infrastructure, to ensure customers receive continuous support throughout their ownership experience.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
