Suitable for “open house” eating, this is the easiest fried macaroni recipe
Every time I visit an open house during Hari Raya, most of the dishes served are the same.

Fried macaroni ingredients
According to @Khairul Aming, the main ingredients needed are frozen minced meat, along with three cloves of shallots and six cloves of garlic.
Next, prepare one to two tablespoons of ground chili according to the desired level of spiciness.
To complete the taste, use two tablespoons of oyster sauce, two tablespoons of tomato sauce, and two tablespoons of chili sauce.
Also add three tablespoons of sweet soy sauce to give a more balanced taste, as well as one cube of chicken essence to add flavor.
Next, you also need red and green peppers, a little salt and ground spices.
Finally, prepare 400 grams of macaroni which has been boiled with a little salt until soft.
Ways to prepare fried macaroni
To prepare this dish, @Khairul Aming starts by heating a pan and adding frozen minced meat.
Then the meat is broken up and fried without oil to remove the natural fat and let it dry a bit, then remove from heat and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté three shallots and six finely chopped garlic cloves.
Next, add one to two tablespoons of chili powder according to the desired level of spiciness, then stir until evenly mixed.

If there is any remaining meat stuck to the pan, add a little water to dissolve it and produce a slightly runny sauce.
After that, put the cooked minced meat into the pan.
Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce and sweet soy sauce, then stir until all ingredients are mixed. Also add one cube of chicken essence to add flavor while continuing to stir.
At the same time, boil the macaroni with a little salt until it expands and becomes tender.
When ready, add the macaroni to the stir-fried meat and stir until evenly mixed.
Finally add the chopped red and green peppers, followed by a little salt and ground spices, then stir until everything is mixed.
