Four States Forecast Heavy Rain Tonight

The Meteorological Department of Malaysia (MetMalaysia) issued a warning for thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds in four states until 18.00 this afternoon.

Based on this statement, several districts in states such as Perak, Johor, Sarawak and Sabah are expected to receive rain.

“From SilverSome areas where rain is predicted are Kinta, Kampar and Batang Padang.

“Meanwhile on Johor also involving Kluang, Pontian, Kulai, Kota Tinggi and Johor Bahru Regencies.

“Switch to SarawakThe areas where rain is predicted are Samarahan, Sri Aman, Sarikei (Pakan and Julau), Sibu (Kanowit) and Kapit (Song).

“For Sabah also includes Tawau, Sandakan (Telupid, Kinabatangan, Beluran and Sandakan) and Kudat (Pitas),” the statement said.

Therefore, residents in the area are advised to be aware of these sudden weather changes and ensure the safety of themselves and their families.
