Labuan-KK flight tickets are more expensive than Bangkok, Seoul

Government officials at Labuan Nurul Shafiqah Abdullah, 34, also shared disappointment and said the tariff was very expensive for most local residents.
“This is not a luxurious route but a living line for many people who rely on air travel for medical purposes, work and family. But this price is pressing the public,” he said.
Meanwhile, Raymond Chong, 41, who manages the disappointed logistics company that there is no competitive price even though the population and business community in Labuan have long filed an appeal.

“Maswings and Malaysia Airlines are only air transportation operators and use small or occasional Boeing aircraft. With limited options, people have no choice but to pay or cancel travel,” he said.
Local businessman Faridah Musa, 46, asked the federal government and aviation authority to intervene to control the price mechanism.
“We are on the island without road access. Flight is a must, not an option.
“More and more urgent for a more transparent tariff structure and efforts to increase competition between airlines to ensure more affordable trips for Labuan residents,” he said.
