He said at 12.12 night last night, the alleged attack on robbery in a gas station involving a group of armed men with machetes who had attacked a group of other men armed with a gun, causing shots to be fired.

“Acting based on information, the police team from the Regional Police Headquarters (IPK) and the Iskandar Puteri District Police Headquarters (IPD) has arrested three suspects, two local men and strangers aged 30 to 40 years in the Dang Wangi area, Kuala Lumpur around 7 pm.
“We also confiscated Glock 19 type pistols, a weapons and bullet books, bullets containing six bullets 9 millimeters, black Honda Accord cars and several bullets,” he said.
Kumar said that one of the suspects arrested as a personal bodyguard and an initial investigation revealed that the individual had a license to ownership ownership, but further investigation of the status of weapons was ongoing.
“The three suspects were detained for seven days from today to 10 July to assist the investigation based on section 302 and part 148 of the Criminal Code and section 39 of the 1960 weapons law.
“We are still investigating to identify the relationship between the victims and suspects involved with two incidents. We are also looking for other suspects,” he said.
He said the incident was an isolated case and any criminal information could be forwarded to the Johor Police Hotline at 019-2792095 or the operating room at 07-2212999.
