A story about a handwritten letter from a Malaysian restaurant
Recently, a sharing from a foreign tourist who came to Malaysia with his small family went viral on social media.
It is learned that they have lived here for two months and the experience has been very pleasant.
“We’ve been in Malaysia for 2 months, and the people here are very friendly and make us feel welcome,” he said.
On the same occasion, these tourists also told stories about quite touching incidents. It happens when they order take away at a restaurant in Penang.
However, when his food arrived, he noticed there was a slight difference between what he ordered and what he received.
But, instead of being angry or “complaining”, this tourist was actually moved by a handwritten note tucked into the bag of food he received.
“They gave us chips with the packaged food because they didn’t give us enough rice. I love the ‘old school’ touch with this handwritten note,” he added.
