Already got a van, but this woman & her family were stranded on the road to Danok
Tourist attractions in Hatyai, Thailand were hit by flooding following heavy rain over the last few days.
The public, including Malaysians who were on holiday there, shared the flood situation on social media.
It is learned that some of them were stranded in hotels there.
A Malaysian citizen described the moment he was still stranded
Recently, a Threads user, @nfthiahhhh told the anxious situation he experienced when he was stranded in Hatyai.
According to him, they finally managed to get out of the area after being helped by the hotel who sent them to Central Hatyai.
“We can get out. The hotel sent us to Central Hatyai. We are trying to find a van to go to Danok. Please… who made it out, is there anyone contact from right?” he wrote in sharing.
Through an update from @nfthiahhhh, the woman informed that she and her family had managed to get a white van to take them to Danok.
Meanwhile, he also managed to record the situation at the location which was currently pouring rain, thereby illustrating the uncertain atmosphere they were experiencing.
However, @nfthiahhhh then informed that they still had not made it out to Danok because the water level was rising.
This situation causes them to be stranded on the road again and have to wait until the situation is safe again.
