The Department of Meteorology Malaysia (Metmalaysia) issued heavy rain, thunderstorms and strong winds involving four states 3 in the morning This.
According to Metmalaysia, the countries involved are all states of Perlis and several regions in Kedah, Sarawak and Sabah.
“From KedahThe affected areas are Langkawi, Kubang Pasu, Kota Setar and Yan.
“When entering Sarawak Besides Sri Aman, Sibu (Selangau), Mukah (Dalat and Muku), Kapit, Bintulu and Miri (Subis, Beluru, Miri and Marudi).
“Turning to SabahThe areas involved are the interiors (Tenom, Kuala Penyu, Beaufort, Nabawan and Menangau), the West Coast (Papar, Putan, Section, Kota Kinabalu, Tuilan and Belud City), Tawau and Kudat, “Metalaysia said in a statement.
In this case, residents of certain areas are advised to be aware of this sudden weather change and to ensure personal and family safety.
The public is also advised to avoid outside activities and continue to follow the weather development from Metmalaysia through official channels.
