Maybank Welfare Welfare Welfare, set the minimum wage of RM3.100 per month
Maybank continues to strengthen its commitment to the welfare of workers by setting monthly minimum income above living salary, at least RM3.100 a month.
This step is in line with the recommendations of my budget guidelines by employees of employee awareness (EPF) and the Ministry of Finance’s proposal that the company connected by the Government (GLC) is a leader in offering more fair remuneration to employees.
President and Executive Head of Maybank Group Datuk Khairussaleh Ramli in a statement explains that the approach is in line with Maybank’s aspirations as a value -based institution mobilized by the workforce.
“In Maybank, we believe that the welfare and welfare of workers, including fair and reasonable payments is not only moral needs, but also driving business success.
“Efforts to ensure that all our employees receive competitive and sustainable wages are important in building a strong and ready workforce for the future.
“This reflects our in -depth commitment to the prosperity and joint values based on the Madani economic framework,” he said.
