Court of Direction’s Wife’s Wife’s Wife Road Mental Inspection
Background, September 4 (named) – A male teacher suspected of raising his wife with a knife last month was ordered to undergo a mental examination at the Ulu Kinta Hospital (HBUK), Ipoh by the court of the session here today.
Judge Ahzal Fariz Ahmad Khairuddin allowed the defendant to 30 years, referred to the hospital based on section 342 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Previously, when the accusation was read out, no recognition was recorded and the defendant only answered “not understanding” when asked if he understood the accusation.
According to the accusation sheet, the suspect was charged with an attempt to kill using a knife that he knew could cause his death to his 28 -year -old wife.
The violation was allegedly carried out at their home in Taman Tunas Muda, the Ara River near 5.45 in the morning on August 27.
Costs are submitted based on section 307 of the Criminal Code who gives a maximum prison sentence of 20 years, after the sentence.
Deputy Prosecutor Public Prosecutor R. Lushani asked the court to issue an official order so that the defendant was referred to a happy hospital for further evaluation, in line with the doctor’s recommendation at Penang Hospital.
Lawyer Yazid Khairul Azman who represented the defendant did not mind the application.
The court set October 8 to return this case while waiting for the defendant’s mental health report.
