According to @The Cook Wife, to make this warm and appetizing tomato egg soup, the method of making it is also quite simple.
First, heat some oil in a frying pan. Saute finely chopped shallots, garlic and spring onions until fragrant and golden.
Then add the diced tomatoes and leave for a few moments until soft and slightly crushed.
